Council of the Swiss Abroad calls for more political participation for Fifth Switzerland

The Council of the Swiss Abroad (CSA), the "Parliament of the Fifth Switzerland", addressed the political participation of the Swiss Abroad at its meeting at the start of the 99^th Congress of the Swiss Abroad. Five federal parliamentarians and one Swiss Abroad candidate for the federal elections discussed the importance of involving the Swiss Abroad in political life in Switzerland. The 89 CSA delegates also reflected on how this involvement can be improved and set up a working group with the aim of improving the political participation of the Swiss Abroad.
