By using the services, you consent to the following procedure:

Your e-mail address and that of the recipient shall be used solely for transmission purposes - to identify the sender to the addressees or, in case of transmission error, to transmit a notification. To prevent misuse of this service, the Organization of the Swiss Abroad (OSA) shall attach each user’s identification details (IP address) to the sent e-mail, in the form an e-mail header record (X_Sent_by_IP), and store these details for a period of two months. If third parties plausibly claim that the use of this service to forward an article has infringed their rights, the Organization of the Swiss Abroad shall release the identification details for prosecution purposes.
